Elevated cholesterol is a significant risk factor for heart conditions, and maintaining standard levels is paramount. Integrating a balanced, heart-healthy diet into your lifestyle can help in preventing cholesterol levels from soaring.

Other Related Symptoms

Symptoms like extreme fatigue, breathlessness, dizziness, fainting, a sensation of heaviness in the chest, severe indigestion, and more should not be ignored. While they may not always be indicative of heart issues, early assessment is imperative.

Understanding the significance of heart health is paramount. Neglecting it can lead to severe consequences, potentially even proving fatal. Aside from the mentioned reasons, numerous other risk factors should prompt you to consider a cardiology consultation.
